Building Trust in Indian Online Business.
Our mission is to reduce fraud and uncertainty in online transactions by making verified information and real evidence easy for everyone to access.
The 4 Core Principles of agileVERIFIED
Every feature we build follows four principles that guide how we verify information, protect privacy, and help people make informed decisions.
1. Evidence Over Opinions
Anyone can write a review, but verified transaction records provide stronger evidence of actual business activity. agileVERIFIED uses available, authenticated data to help distinguish verified transactions from unsupported concerns.
2. Absolute Neutrality & Fairness
Every business is assessed using the same evidence-based approach. Paying for a premium plan cannot change a trust assessment, remove verified concerns, or bypass verification requirements.
3. Privacy Comes First
We aim to verify identity without exposing sensitive information. PAN details are protected using secure hashing, and sensitive identity information is not stored or shared beyond what is necessary and legally permitted.
4. Context Matters
Two delayed orders out of 10,000 are different from two unfulfilled orders out of two. agileVERIFIED considers available transaction volumes and supporting evidence to help assess concerns fairly.
Data Privacy & Cryptographic Identity Protection
agileVERIFIED operates under strict data minimization and pseudonymization standards. We never store plain-text PAN or raw 12-digit Aadhaar numbers. Identity verification is conducted via licensed government gateway bridges (UIDAI / NSDL), and only irreversible cryptographic hashes (HMAC-SHA-256) are retained to prevent multi-account impersonation.
Financial data and bank account verifications are conducted in read-only mode via NPCI IMPS rails. We never store banking passwords, UPI PINs, customer card credentials, or personal buyer addresses.
Platform Terms & How We Operate
agileVERIFIED helps people assess business credibility using verified information and supporting evidence. We do not participate in sales, handle customer payments, or provide banking services.
Merchants remain in control of their own storefronts. When connecting a payment gateway, merchants authorize access to the transaction data permitted by the integration, such as order counts and settlement statuses.
